This quick and easy way to apply for travel insurance has been created especially for those whose medical conditions (above) meet our well managed criteria shown below. Single trip cover is available up to the age of 85 years and annual cover up to the age of 65 years. There will be no extra premium charge (providing you can comply with the terms) to include one or more of the medical conditions mentioned.

Hypertension/ High Blood Pressure
»	Currently taking no more than two different types of blood pressure medication
»	No dose increases or new tablets prescribed in the last six months
»	Must have been a non-smoker for at least 12 months

Hypercholesterolemia (High/Raised Cholesterol)
»	Must not be the inherited form
»	Must have been a non-smoker for at least 12 months

Diabetes Type 2 (non insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus) only
»	Controlled by diet or medication other than insulin
»	No hospital admissions relating to diabetes in the last 12 months
»	NEVER suffered any diabetic complications other than Retinopathy
»	Must have been a non-smoker for at least 12 months

Asthma
»	Diagnosis must have been made under the age of 50 years
»	NEVER received a diagnosis of chronic airways disease (e.g. COPD, Chronic Bronchitis or Emphysema)
»	Currently taking no more than 2 different types of asthma medication (NO nebulisers)
»	Must NEVER have been prescribed oxygen for use at home
»	No hospital admissions relating to asthma in the last 12 months
»	Must not have been treated for asthma in an intensive care unit in the last 5 years
»	Must be able to walk 200 yards on the flat without becoming short of breath due to asthma
»	Must have been a non-smoker for at least 12 months
