Freedom Insurance Services Ltd was formed in 2002 as one of the first companies in the UK to develop a specialist travel insurance policy for people living with pre-existing medical conditions. Our mission is to provide great customer service and we strive to help people get the cover they need so they can enjoy their holiday.
We can offer single and annual multi trip quotes for individuals, couples, groups and families which are available online or by calling our friendly UK based contact centre on 01223 446 914 which is open Monday to Friday, from 9am until 2pm (restricted hours due to COVID-19). Our Travel Insurance Agents are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable having helped over 300,000 people secure the cover they need over the past 18 years.
In 2020, following 5 years of top grade customer service, we received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award. We are pleased to have continued that success with our second Platinum Trusted Service Award in 2021.
