A Big Thank You – our first stall at May Day was a huge success!
We’re still buzzing from an incredible day at the Eaton Socon May Day event, a popular annual event in our home town where we had the pleasure of running our very first stall – and what a brilliant experience it was!
As a locally based travel insurance company, our goal for the day was simply to connect with the community and build awareness of our range of products. We were blown away by the warm welcome and the amazing turnout. It was great to chat with so many of you about your upcoming holidays, travel plans, and the peace of mind travel insurance can bring.
A big highlight of the day was our “Win a Suitcase Packed with Travel Essentials” competition. We had 73 entries, which completely exceeded our expectations – thank you to everyone who took part! We packed the suitcase with items every traveller loves to have on hand. Yes, that means the baked beans and tea bags too!
Jan from St Neots was the lucky winner and was genuinely delighted to collect her prize from our office earlier this week. She is going away soon and needed a new suitcase, but suggested she might leave the baked beans at home!
Events like these remind us how important community connection is. We’re so grateful for the chance to be part of such a fantastic day, and we’re already looking forward to the next one. If you missed us this time, don’t worry – we’ll be back!
