We are a leading Cambridge based travel insurer. Due to an expansion in bookings, we are looking to recruit immediately for 2 x customer service operators to train on travel insurance and medical screening at our Cambridge office. Full training will be given.
Your skills include:
• Good level of communication skills; verbal and written
• Ability to understand customer requirements; acting with care and sensitivity
• Team working
• Great telephone manner
• Good keyboard skills
