Our policies are available to you if you are permanently resident in the United Kingdom (UK) and registered with a general practitioner (GP) in the UK
Can't find your medical condition?
If you are doing a screening online and cannot find your medical condition, please contact us on 01223 446 914, we are here to help
We do not need the names of the medication or the dosage. What we do need to know are the names of the diagnosed medical conditions for which you are prescribed medication. If you are unsure of this please consult your doctor.
Generally, Freedom is unable to offer cover for people on a waiting list for surgery but there are exceptions to the rule. Talk to the Freedom Call Centre on 01223 446 914 where we can look if there are any options available , it may be that we can find you a policy that excludes cover for the medical condition relating to the pending surgery.
Providing you are both named on your Freedom Insurance policy, should your medical condition cause a claim be it cancellation or whilst you are abroad, your companion will be entitled to claim under the same terms and conditions.
