Freedom travel insurance policies are available to permanent UK residents who are registered with a GP in the UK. Cover is not available to residents of the Channel Islands or IOM. You must be fit to travel at the time of purchasing insurance cover.
If you purchase a travel insurance policy with Freedom, you'll be entitled to a full refund within the 14 day 'cooling off' period, providing you have not travelled or claimed. You can action cancellation of a policy by calling customer service on 01223 446 914.
