I liked doing everything on the website without having to talk to anyone. Also Freedom covered me whereas another company refused. The reason for refusal was pretty silly, that I recently had an investigation (24 hour ECG) and had not yet had the result. I therefore never got an alternative quote but even if Freedom costs more I do not mind paying because I like their service.

I had several questions which (Ethan) answered immediately via the "chat line". Extremely professional customer service!! I also thought that the premium quoted was very competitive, as a result of which I purchased the policy.

when paid never been able to view all policy documents easily, would recommend all policy documents emailed to policy holder.

I found the experience trouble free, However I did forget to list another Medical condition but was unable to go back in order to add the condition so had to come out of your site and start afresh which meant I had to complete the whole procedure again which with an edit facility this would have been avoided.

Great service , able to insure me after my heart attack unlike my present travel insurance BUPA despite me being with them over twenty years and being with them for my medical and the heart attack being caused by hospital meal practice

I received my annual reminder letter for holiday insurance. Asking me to call to renew - which I did. There was no need to call as I could renew online - not sure why the letter said to phone.
My policy price remained exactly the same as the previous year - which was good from my perspective. Website was easy to use, even when declaring `existing medical conditions`

The reason why we would ask you to call to renew is so we can make the process a little easier for you as we already have all of your information, we would just re-cap on a few questions. Thanks for the reply. I'm all for speeding things up. Perhaps your letter should be reworded slightly to avoid future issues, which can slow you down ultimately. All that said I had no real problem - simply an observation thanks
