Helpful service and great prices
Affordable travel insurance if you have a medical condition, it’s the second year in a row that I have used them. Would recommend them to family and/or a friend.

I use this company for all my travel insurance the online service is easy to use and super quick. In the past I’ve used their telephone service as well when staff were polite, informed and efficient. All together a great experience.

I have used this cover for a number of years now and found the company to be excellent. This year I made a basic error when completing the online form which was fortunately picked up during discussions with a member of staff otherwise my policy was invalid. I am very grateful for their vigilance.

Quotes one price but it was doubled when you had made a mistake in the quote.

Amending the policy to cover the correct area has increased the price due to the higher medical expenses in the USA. I feel I have been discriminated against due to my medical condition. I have been refused an annual travel policy and been forced to take out a single trip policy based on my medical condition. I am fit and well and answer the screening questions positively.

Unfortunately, as we have discussed there are a select few conditions that many insurers are unable to cover on an annual basis due to the risk assessment tool which is widely used throughout the travel insurance market. It was so easy and quick to get a quote online.
I liked doing everything on the website without having to talk to anyone. Also Freedom covered me whereas another company refused. The reason for refusal was pretty silly, that I recently had an investigation (24 hour ECG) and had not yet had the result. I therefore never got an alternative quote but even if Freedom costs more I do not mind paying because I like their service.
I had several questions which (Ethan) answered immediately via the "chat line". Extremely professional customer service!! I also thought that the premium quoted was very competitive, as a result of which I purchased the policy.
