Holiday Opening Hours

The holiday season is upon us which means a slight change to our office opening hours. Following our normal operation, we will be closed on weekends and bank holidays. Our office will also close earlier than usual on both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve to allow our colleagues the opportunity to start their festivities ahead of schedule!

You will be able to obtain quotes online at www.freedominsure.co.uk throughout the holiday period.

We have outlined the changes to our call centre/office hours below:

Thursday 24th December - Open from 9am to 2pm

Friday 25th December - Closed

Saturday 26th December - Closed for weekend

Sunday 27th December - Closed for weekend

Monday 28th December - Closed for bank holiday

Tuesday 29th December - *Normal opening hours

Wednesday 30th December - *Normal opening hours

Thursday 31st December - Open from 9am to 2pm

Friday 1st January - Closed for bank holiday

*Our normal (restricted) call centre opening hours are 9am to 2pm. On these days, emails and live chat will be monitored until 5pm. On Thursday 24th and Thursday 31st December, our office will be closed from 2pm. All voicemails and emails will be picked up the next working day.
